ingredients 配方:
250 g bread flour 高筋面粉
170 g warm milk 温牛奶
1 tsp active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 tbsp sugar 糖
1 tsp salt 盐
25 g softened butter for dough 面团用软化黄油
24-40 g butter for rolls 冷藏黄油
little sea salt for top 一点海盐粒
390F(200C) bake for 15-18 minutes
200度烤15-18分钟
