Among the many jobs he held over the course of his life, Chinese Canadian pioneer and general store owner Chow Dong (C.D.) Hoy was a prolific photographer. He lived in British Columbia during the early 1900's, leaving behind a fascinating collection of photographs depicting everyday people in the "Wild West." Three generations after his passing, the story of his life is rediscovered and retold by the great-grandchildren he never knew.
