I'm an asthmatic, I tried smoking once during an occasion. I was very drunk at that time, all I felt was a spicy feeling in my chest and left me a minty expression on my throat. Three days passed and I was rushed to the hospital, transported by an ambulance because I was already lacking oxygen, high fever of 40.3C, and a chest full of phlegm. What I learned that day was: I can have several memorable experiences, but don't do stupid decisions.

Is she still around? I knew this woman, back in 1969 when cigarette commercials were STILL on TV, I was visiting in this hospital and this woman DID NOT quit, she was still smoking, from a hole in her throat! A few weeks later, when visiting again that woman's elderly mother had come to see her, and she soon became very upset when she realized her daughter had already died in bed! She looked fiftyish and wasn't moving anymore (at this time I was 13.) The only cigarettes I ever had, when I was 9 to 10 years old were CANDY cigarettes (at 10 cents a pack they were quite tasty). No, I'll have nothing to do with the real kind.

I found the 1st 2 weeks the very worse and keeping busy and hands moving and mind focused on something helps. I would love a smoke after my dinner etc so i stopped sitting down for a smoke, i got up an cleaned till i was so tired i just wanted to sleep....it really did work for me. It’s sad to see such miserable smokers or former smokers in such horrible condition I can imagine how many people mock her because of her face I’m amazed she can speak normally

As minor Who smokes this changed my view point , I'm not going to lie and say that this video made me quit , but I can definitely say that this video makes me loot at cigarettes in disgust and slowly and surely I'm smoking less

I should probably add -- I have been a cigarette smoker since I was 10 years old. I am now 63. Not a full-time smoker, I like to call it. But, my first cigarette was when I was 10. On a 'good' day, I would smoke a pack to a pack a half a day. I wouldn't recommend that anyone smoke more than that. Also, I like to refer to myself as a polite smoker.

Everyday watch these videos. When you get that craving watch these videos. I don't know if that will help, but hopefully it will give you some incentive to quit.

Even ask the Lord for guidance, and He will show you the way. In Philippians 4:13, it says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” You can do this.
