I think John Challis deserves a mention. “He sadly died at the age of 79 in his sleep after a long battle with cancer.” He was best known for his role in Only Fools and Horses as Boycie the second hand car dealer to 1981-2003. The actor was also known for playing Monty Staines in the known Sitcom Benidorm to 2015-2018. Sadly, he left us on the 19th September 2021. What a legend. 😥

Betty White should be added to this list now she literally just left us on New Year's Eve! She was only a couple of weeks from turning 3 digits(a whole century!) and has the longest running career of any entertainer that I know of(over 8 decades!) and also outlived most entertainers(and most people) in the industry what an incredible woman that we will truly miss she will never be forgotten! A real legend that left us a wonderful legacy and she will always be THE GOLDEN GIRL! RIP Betty!

I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to Cloris Leachman. She was Dynamite. She said she was told years ago when she worked on Lassie that she was difficult. Then she was replaced. So she realized she'd better rope in her personality. Once she did that she worked all the time. She was a riot, I remember one of my sings was her playing Mawmaw on a TV show with Martha Plimpton. I believe it was in 1986 her son died from an overdose of some kind. She was kind of bullied for saying that she was glad she didn't believe in God at the time of this loss. I'm a Christian but I'm okay with her saying that and many Christians are. Or Jews or anybody. I can't imagine losing a child and the easiest thing for us to do is be angry at somebody and especially if it's God and your child has now taken from you. So it hurts my heart that she struggled with people coming at her for that. Isn't it enough that she lost her child and we should all be able to believe the way we do. Those of us to believe in God Christian or Jews, we all trust God and God will bring people to them if it's meant to be. We can't hate somebody for their feelings.
