If you drink celery juice then you know you always have an abundance of pulp everyday. This recipe is so flexible you can add any ingredients you like the base of the crackers is the celery pulp, cauliflower and flax seeds. I really like the added ginger because it gives these crackers a real kick. The everything but the bagel seasoning also gives the a real treat feel. These are great paired with your favorite humus, soup or salad.
Here is the recipe base
2 cups celery pulp
1 1/2 cups Cauliflower rice
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
Add any seasonings and topping of your choice
