It's weird I can feel the enthusiasm and his excitement while he is giving lecture... The way he want us to learn is literally like playing games.... Love it 😍... The passion you are expressing to spread to knowledge and make learning an interesting thing.... I'm student + I teach too .... As a student I always try to make leaning fun so that I can enjoy but seeing others struggling in study make me feel sad.... And I started building my aim that I will try my best to make learning so much interesting for everyone that they can feel and enjoy it .... I'm trying my best .... As for you sir I'm truly inspired and motivated more 😍 never seen anyone working so much hard .... The way you smile explaining any concept Feel like really that you have deeply drown in that topic to that extent that you can talk them as a person.... 😍 Your single video is more worth and interesting for me than Netflix series... More power to you... Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰❤️❤️❤️❤️

45:20 some error here just to help others to clear up, the inverted repeat sequence should instead be CCGGxxxxCCGG instead of CCGGxxxxGGCC. Inverted repeats are formed by converting the initial sequence to its complement and then reverse the complement base order. So for example an inverse repeat of TTAGC where the complement will be AATCG and the reverse of it is GCTAA. Hence GCTAA is the inverse repeat of TTAGC

Based on your reasoning, the initial sequence written by Zac should be converted to the corresponding sequence and, thereafter, inverted. The answer you have provided inverts the initial sequence of the code, not the complement sequence. Thus, the answer provided in the video is correct as it inverts the complement sequence. The inverted repeat is written in red, which is the inverted repeat of the complement sequence.
