If you're going to train with your hands low...after each strike follow up with a light jab as you move yourself out of their range or cut an angle. People say keep your hands up but once you've learned the rules you're allowed to break them so long as you can compensate for potential obsticals that come with breaking said rules. I tend to spar with my hands down or in a mid range like how you have yours. It makes for easier framing and throwing strikes from a variety of angles. So after your combinations just flair out the jab if not for any other reason...to give your partner/oppenet something to have to deal with as you're moving out of range/changing angles. You have a good base with your feet and make great switches so I'd even play with drop step techniques and posting/framing on a person's guard or shoulders. Usually I'll throw my lead hand out and push their wrist to their shoulder/chest to pin it and keep a stiff frame while I use a drop step type of foot work to switch sides and that'll load me up for a nice lead hook after I've finished the transition in my footwork. I also like my hands at a mid level because it makes it much quicker to stuff someon's head on a shot or win the underhook battle. Happy practicing. Cheers.

Your chin is way too high up. If you have a tennis ball put it betwen your neck and chin and strike while holding it there. It will train your muscle memory to keep your head down while looking straight. Keep working!

You really need to work on head and foot movement and keeping your guard up but other than that, good job!
