Thank you for the video, needed that for the project I am doing today. what setting are you using for the shadows? The typical settings I use for normal spraying is 2 turns on the top knob and 3 on the bottom knob.

Just subscribed and hit the bell for all videos. I'd like to see some video on how you prep polymer frames for coating (brake parts cleaner/acetone, AO blast, etc... If any), along with how you'd mask raised features that do or don't have a built-in border. What I'm really interested is in how you pros do the coating on the Wilson Combat frames (think SIG P365) that have the raised sunburst pattern in black, while the rest of the frame is in any other color. I'm trying to understand the masking of the sunburst that won't allow coating to get underneath. The sunburst is raised and grooved which seems like it would allow coating to seep down those grooves under the masking. Thanks in advance if you tackle/video this project!

Are you cerakoting over cerakote, or do you sand blast them down to bare metal?

WHY DON'T YOU WEAR A MASK OR RESPIRATOR?

We have masks on over 90% of the time in booth. Occasionally you'll see us shooting footage without it, and what you don't 'see is all the cut out boring footage of the heavy spray where we are wearing masks.
