Great video man. Thanks a lot. You didn't damage your machine in them rocks I hope. They are wicked tuff machines anyway. I've gotten into some crazy rocks and they handle it well. Glad you got to ride with your friend. Till next time. Stay safe and God bless.

Just scratched a rim by spinning the tires while the rim was against a rock lol. Only cosmetic - no big deal. I thought I was smashing into the rock when I was turning around. I cut most of that part out because it was about 100 point turn lol. The approach angle is so good that it didn't hurt anything.

Take it from a FL man. He didn't hurt his engine starting it. Check your oil if a valve was open it may have some water but 8 out of 10 times. Start it and clear water out of exhaust and you're good. We ride strictly water. If starter just clicks pull plug and get water out then get it running. Ive rode 5 miles or more back to camp with water in my oil and sold the quad 6 years later with no issues.

Awesome video bro. I'm half way through it. I went on a wicked nice night ride last night. Didn't get back till 2.30 am. Top of the mountain. I got a new split windshield. Nice and warm in the machine. I'll comment again when I'm done with the video.

@@GuardianGrove that windshield is gonna be great in the winter. I won't even need a heater. It's really warm in my cab. If you decide to get one you have to get some weather stripping for the roll bars or the window will rattle. Other than that. It's a great addition for the vehicle.

Hello really enjoying your videos. I like the filming style on the rides is a great mix of views. My question is, how do you find the ergonomics and leg room in your 1000 zforce? I am wanting one but want to be sure I’ll be comfortable. I’m only 5’11. But I’m around 225lbs. Thanks. These CF Moto are getting quite popular out here in Alberta 🇨🇦
@GuardianGrove
3 жыл бұрын
Hey - Thanks for the feedback! In terms of leg room, it could be better. I found that it put my foot at a weird angle, almost right at 90 degrees to my shin, if that makes sense. It was causing some strain on longer rides. I seem to have gotten used to it and don't really notice now. I am only 5'9" and even I would like a bit more room. It would be a good idea to spend some time inside one, as everyone is different. I will say however, that the new Z950 is much improved. I didn't appreciate that thing until I saw it in person. I would recommend that one over the Z1000 at this point, but I really enjoy my 1000 still.

Awesome! Always cool to hear from someone local. The CFMOTO has been a good machine so far. I'm glad I bought it. I am looking at some of the sport/utility offerings lately (Polaris General, new CanAm Commander, Yamaha Wolverine RMAX) but not seriously, yet... Nothing against the CFMOTO though, I just have a shopping problem lol.

Fun video man! I watched every second of it. I'm about to buy a CF moto 800 because of vids like yours and others and, well, the price compared to other UTV's... I think it'll be a good buy. Is yours the EX or the Trail?
@GuardianGrove
3 жыл бұрын
I have a ZForce 1000 which is the "LX" and would be considered the "EX" I suppose, meaning the 60". I also have a ZForce 500 Trail. I would highly recommend going with the 800 EX unless you specifically need the 50" width. The ride is so much better on the 60"... It is day and night. You get more suspension travel, plusher suspension and better stability from the 60". As I mentioned, I own both and will now always recommend the 60". Hope that helps.
@thereaper2762
3 жыл бұрын
@@GuardianGrove Yeah I'm kind of torn between Trail and EX, the trail has the same width as my Polaris and there are some spots I go that I barely make it through, and I mean trees folding the fenders in just to get through but on the Polaris fenders bounce back, not sure if they would on CFmoto. I could always make different trails I guess and enjoy the comfort but EX is about $1K more than the trail. IDK, I just wanna cruise and do yard work, not race or drift

@GuardianGrove

I use Cyberlink Power Director and the "multicam" plugin. It's super easy to do if you have a decent PC. It works with up to 4 camera feeds and a separate audio feed if you like. It will sync them all automatically by sound and then you just manually select which camera you want to "record" as it plays in real time.

@@GuardianGrove I have read that there is basically no way to keep the brakes from squealing. No big deal to me, my Polaris 450 Sportsman squeals all the time, I ignore it. Oh my god, city boys do not belong in the country....lol especially with a vehicle/machine they rely on for getting them back home. Cf Moto cool machine, but Arctic Cat is the far better machine, the trail is meant for kids basically, the sport is the man's rig. But we've sadly lost Arctic Cat to wall street/trump Republican rape the people. I believe you're aware the on cf Moto vs any Arctic Cat UTV is against the Wildcat XX. In which case the wildcat XX is mind blowing better in every single way, even price now-ah-days. But a machine the owner is happy with that does what is wanted/needed is all that matters man 👍 Stay safe and have fun out there, just avoid wheelin with useless-helpless city boys and all will be well. You're riding on extremely casual with absolutely zero challenge trails so obviously you're out for a relaxing good time, take it while you can 👍🇺🇸
