I learned like 2-4 algs a day, and to memorize them I performed it over and over again while looking at it, and then did it without looking at the alg itself. Its not that hard, you can do it!

Wait a second; my method is better. It is also the same easy and faster. First, you learn the J perm and put the headlights to your left, then you the J perm; if there are no headlights then do the N perm anywhere.

I was messing around with the cube and the RUR'U' trigger and realized that you can use that to solve the last layer as well. Once you get the cube so you have a solved face and just need to permute three edge pieces, put the solved face as your front, check if you need to permute CW or CCW. CW: (L'U'LU)(RUR'U') and then the inverses of those. (U'L'UL)(URU'R') CCW: (RUR'U')(L'U'LU) (URU'R')(U'L'UL) It's basically: 1. Trigger on side 1. 2. Trigger on side 2. 3. Undo trigger on side 1. 4. Undo trigger on side 2. It seems like more steps but since they're all forms of the basic RUR'U' trigger, it's really fast!
@ParadoxCubing

That's really cool! I just tried it out. I use R2 U R U R' U' R' U' R' U R' to cycle CW and R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2 to cycle CCW.

Guys after you get headlights all around (unless you have one edge solved, the pen you put it in the back) there's an easier algorithm: (Yellow must be on top) R, R, U, R, U, R', U', R', U', R', U, R'. You may have to do it 2-3 times but it's unlikely.

Markus King Nice Job! I recommend now (After learning Intuitive F2L, 2-Look OLL and 2-Look PLL) to start by learning 1-Look PLL. It only has 21 Algorithms, compared to Algorithm F2L (41) and 1-Look OLL (57). Right now I just finished learning 1-look PLL (Watch ParadoxCubing's Guide for full PLL) and am now learning F2L (Easy Cases). Also, try to slow solve so that you don't pause at all. Try to improve Look-Ahead. Right now my average is Sub-47, all because I learned Look-Ahead and full PLL. :D Happy cubing!!

It isnt that hard. I taught my 8 year old sister how to solve a rubiks cube, and the method she learned included these algs. She memorized both of them in less than 10 minutes. Just memorize the movement of your hands, not the letters.
