Following the video on the 10th January, outlining the issues I was seeing with the CGX-L mount in the observatory, I decided to start making some physical adjustments to the mount. After all, the mount was effectively non-functional, so I had to try something different rather than the usual balance, alignment and tuning in PHD2.
Warning: Adjusting the mount is at your own risk, do not take what I did as the way to do things.........excessive wear can result in the gears/motors etc.
