春川辣炒鸡排 Spicy Stir-fry Chicken (닭갈비)
材料:
去骨鸡腿肉(切块)500克
包菜(切片) 150克
番薯(切条)1颗
韩式年糕 1杯
青葱(切段)2根
青辣椒 1根(切片)
泡面(烫熟)1包
起司 1片
腌料:
韩式辣酱 2大匙
辣椒粉 2大匙
糖 1大匙
盐 ½茶匙
酱油 1大匙
玉米糖浆 1大匙
姜末 1茶匙
蒜末 1大匙
麻油 2茶匙
水 2大匙
做法:
1. 鸡肉和腌料拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏腌制2小时。
2. 锅中烧热油,放入鸡肉、年糕、番薯和包菜拌炒5分钟。
3. 盖上锅盖,焖煮至鸡肉和番薯熟透。
4. 加入辣椒和葱段,拌炒均匀。
5. 加入泡面,搅拌均匀。
6. 摆上一片起司即可。

500g Boneless chicken leg (cut into pieces)
150g Cabbage
1 Sweet potatoes (cut into strips)
1cup Korean rice cakes
2 stalks Spring onion (cut into segments)
1 Green chili
1pack Instant noodles (cooked)
1slice Cheese
Marinade:
2tbsp Gochujang
2tbsp Chili powder
1tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Corn syrup
1tsp Chopped ginger
1tbsp Chopped garlic
2tsp Sesame oil
2tbsp Water
Procedures:
1. Mix chicken with marinade. Chill in the refrigerator to marinate for 2hours.
2. Heat oil in a pot, put in chicken, rice cake, potatoes, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 5minutes
3. Cover with lid, continue simmer till chicken and potatoes are cooked.
4. Add green chilies and spring onion, stir-fry well.
5. Add noodles and stir well.
6. Place the cheese on top.
