When you just started running, how do you run? Zone 2 or Zone 3, or at Lactate Threshold 2, or you just go and run? Out of 10, what's the effort level you put in during the runs?

When I first started running, I just ran as soon as I got out the door, without much consideration.

@@nulidepangqiu Thank you... I wish I can train myself up to having a strong heart. You are doing great!! Hope to hear more of your training experiences for newer runners. There are simply too much "elite level information" like MAF 180 method, Zone 2 training etc that applies to high level runners but doesn't really apply to newbies like myself.
