材料 ingredients
200g 芋头切块 200g taro cut into pieces
1/4 鸡(鸡腿和上腿)1/4 chicken (thighs and drumstick)
5 粒罐装蘑菇(切半) 5 canned mushrooms (cut into half)
2汤匙虾米(浸泡)2tbsp dry shrimp (soak before cooking)
1粒大葱切块1 Big onion sliced
4片姜片4 Ginger slices
2 汤匙蒜米 2 tbsp minced Garlic
2根青葱切丝2 Spring onion sliced
2根芹菜叶(剁小段)2 celery leaf sticks (chopped)
1茶匙盐1tsp salt
1汤匙酱油 1tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙蚝油1tbsp oyster sauce
1汤匙绍兴酒 1tbsp cooking wine
1汤匙麻油1tbsp sesame oil
半杯水焖 Half cup of water to simmer
锅里焖煮10-15分钟,砂锅里焖1-2分钟
Cook in wok for 1--15 mins, simmer in claypot for 1-2 mins
