7) Shaoxing Wine 绍兴酒 - 1 Tbsp| 1汤匙
8) Red Fermented Bean Curd 腐乳 - 1/3 Tbsp (with 1 Tbsp of sauce)| 1/3汤匙
9) Maltose 麦芽糖 - 2 Tbsp |2汤匙
10) Sugar 糖 - 4 Tbsp| 4汤匙
烘烤 :220℃ - 40分钟 ; 240℃ - 5分钟
