There lot more different things in a child's body which are rapidly changing like mental health, brain development, and immunity. Proper nutrition is required for the overall development of the child.
All parents should focus on the quality of food rather than the quantity of food. A child should be aware of all the tastes like bitter, salty, sour, astringent, sweet, pungent. Introducing a child to all these tastes is really important because it creates a balance of tastes. if a child is introduced to only one taste he will start preferring that and ignore all other tastes.
