i put this into chronometer and put 200 minutes of north american football as the exercise and it said the calories burned and calories consumed would be basically exactly even at just under 5,000. i know this will be different for everyone and it's just an app but i think it's funny that it agrees with him. the protein total was 233g according to the estimates.

Actually I'm a kinesiologist (did my degree in kine). I know many people with my degree may disagree but I think high carbohydrate diets with sugar are important for athletes who train more than 2 hrs a day at a high level. Otherwise your body simply wouldn't recover glycogen fast enough and would be low in energy and burn out quicker. In a high impact sport this would take a toll and in my opinion lead to more injuries. I know people think it's kind of a meme but I genuinely think eating foods high in sugar is better for sports performance. Marshawn lynch also used to eat skittles on the sideline lol. And then the whole dk Metcalf thing last year. I personally don't think it's coincidence. Anecdotally I've also performed better and recovered quicker when I've consumes high sugar foods vs when I tried to eat healthy. Eating healthy to me is only important for weight maintenance but if your training 2-4 hrs a day weight maintenance will never be an issue. Like if you're retired and don't train you probably should limit the sugar. Finally, the focus in pro sports is on performance and energy anyway not on body composition

I love mcds also. i do carnivore diet i get three 1/4 pounders burger patties by themself and a side of bacon for only about 7 dollars. say no seasoning on the burgers and they cook them fresh everytime. There burgers are 100 percent beef no additives or fillers and there not cooked in veggie oil.

I had that metabolism until about 32-32. I could eat a whole pizza, chicken sandwiches and grilled cheese every day and still be 155 with 10-12% body fat. Now at 36 everything sticks.
