Pls suggest exercise for lumbar l5s1 buldge disc and reduce height inflammation....pain in both dimple of lower back and thigh joint. Lumbar curvature is straight.

Les objets peuvent être un très bon auxiliaire destiné à la prise de conscience dans la posture. Le problème avec certains Iyengar est qu'il sont utilisés systématiquement sans retour à l'autonomie.

Thank you for watching and commenting Phillippe. I agree that props will help in becoming aware of the posture, however props can be also used when someone is unable to do the pose or on the other side to deepen the posture. Of course in Therapy as well, just to mention few options shortly. Although there might be some teachers that like to use the props constantly, that is not true for all teacher. There are huge numbers of classes that are done without assistance of props. Iyengar yoga is to help develop awareness on different levels, so accordingly there is use of props or lack of it. This presentation was to show public how chair can be used in yoga, hence we followed the topic and used the chair for all the poses.

I'm glad you liked it :) You can look on internet for yoga chair, however you can use the normal chair you have at home and do the poses.
