Chair Yoga with Your Mum is a simple 20 minute class you can do anytime and most places. Sharing a class with my mother to inspire you to share a class with your children or parents. Take the time to breath and just be in one another presence. I hope you enjoy this class as much and me and my mother did practicing it.
