If you’ve ever wanted to know more about how chakras are associated with different yoga postures, then you’ll enjoy this yoga class! We move through each chakra, beginning at the root chakra in downward facing dog and moving our way upward toward our crown chakra. Through each yoga posture, we remain engaged so that our energies can fire through the chakras to balance and align the entire chakra system. It’s also a great workout with some deep stretches, making it a good routine for mornings or for a quick workout. Join me on the mat for an all-around balancing hatha yoga practice.
