My thoughts on some of your questions: 1. Washer for hands: Maybe since they are blued hands to avoid them rubbing against each other and removing the blue color (the washer is a softer metal) 2. The foil under the balance cock/bridge was probably done to ensure that the balance is at the correct depth to ensure the right amount of endshake (in olden days they used to make dogs/pigs ears to raise the metal slightly). Since the base plate was made uneven with the ornamentation, it could also be there to ensure that the bridge sits evenly on the base. I'll add if I see more questions, since I'm still in the beginning of the video. Great stuff as always! Keep it up!

What a unique movement, and you're right, hard to work on since it's so skeletonized. But great work and thank you for the video. 💪🏻

Which watch is this? I love the star shapes of the skeletonized bridges. I’ve never seen one quite like it before. Great job of servicing also, keep up the great content.

Can you tell me the brand name of this watch? I’m not a skeleton fan, but this is more like “art” to me. It’s absolutely beautiful 👏

The movement is Unitas and random case but very beautiful one. It’s truly art 🤩 Thank you so much for watching. Have a wonderful day!

I think it’s Chinese garbage. The cheap shim…the painted “blued” screws (no bluing in the slots…not heat blued)…this is a very inexpensive Unitas clone laser engraved and crudely milled by one of the lower quality legit Chinese movement manufacturers or worse.

@MrCrystalcranium I think not Chinese. If you look closely you find irregular cutting on the bridges. The movement is 100% Swiss and not Chinese one. The screws are chemically treated that's sure. Not the best work but decent enough. Thank you for sharing

@@MagicWatchmakingA 100% percent swiss made watch would have a “swiss made” marking on some part of the watch, and there are non here. This is 100% made in China
