Charlie Sutton true, but he asked the dude who could only play 3 of the 4 basic open chords to play it. He asked the dude’s friend to play a “tasty blues riff”, and dude busted out a pretty simple bend. Not sure I’d call blues man proficiently decent with blues riff, but Wonderwall guy definitely should have gotten the lesson. Hell, everyone should have gotten the course, because it’s a great course for any skill level. Just saying, the dude who botched Wonderwall was Blues man’s friend.
@wulyf4lyf

Wonderwall guy seemed like a beginner who was just chilling there with his friend who busted out the simple blues riff. They both should have gotten the course, bc the course is awesome, and will help anyone way more than the pedal. That one dude who was asked to play a riff that would wow Sammy G was obviously really good. I still think everyone should have gotten the course, and the pedal should have required a couple varied challenges, but it’s still so awesome of Sammy G to do that.

The guy who played a terrible guitar chord was my dad. Guitar he was playing is mine! He gave it to me on christmas. And we share the peddle. Thank you alot guitar samurai!!!!! Hey everybody! I just thought I should update the 9+k people who saw my comment. What I said was true. I still have that pedal today. Sadly about a year after that day I gave up on guitar. I gave up because I was lazy and just wanted to play video games all the time because that’s just how I was when I was younger. I remember that Christmas morning clearly. I found an obviously shaped present that looked like a guitar. I unwrapped it and I found the best guitar in the world! And in my stocking there was my first ever petal. I didn’t know how to use it so I never actually tried it out LOL. But when I think back, guitar was one of the only hobbies I had. It was simple and fun but video games and laziness stopped me from learning it more. Today I’m 15 years old and I have better things to do than waist my life on a screen all day. I’m picking up my guitar to learn it again I am determined to get good at it and possibly make my own music. My dad really inspired me to do new things and put effort into it because he had his own band. (Split Rivet incase you want to check it out on Spotify or Apple Music lol) So that’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to pick up my guitar and learn to play “Everlong” by foo fighters. Mostly because Foo Fighters is coming to Winnipeg and I’m going to see them. WOOHOO! Anyways, Thanks for the guitar pedal I never actually used lol. Now that I think about it I tried it with my dad but there was something screwed up with one of the cords or something. Thanks for 9.k likes lolz New acc is Breutzer

I honestly think a large part of why Canadians are seen as nice is because of how sparsely populated Canada is. It's probably easier to get away with being a jerk in a big city, where you can interact with a person once and likely never see them again. Canada's full of small towns, where you're likely to see the same people all the time, so your behaviour has more consequences. Also, I find the stereotype of Canadians being maple-syrup-drinking ice-hockey-playing polar-bear-riding poutine-eating angels to be really funny, so I do try to live up to it :P

Every guitarist knows wonderwall, it's not something you learn on purpose, it's like knowing to fret the strings behind the fret, it's instinctively ingrained through thousands of years of evolution. Wonderwall transcends the need of being learned because it becomes a part of us as soon as we buy our first guitar pick. Checkmate, guitarist.

Donovan - Catch the wind and Leonard Cohen - That's, no way to say goodbye. They were two songs my dad always used to play on his acoustic and was the first two songs (at least intros) he taught me when I was around 8. At 11 years old, Eric Clapton - Tears in heaven was the first proper song I learned from start to finish after buying the sheet music. Majority of stuff I learned was by hear and a chord book that did have 7th's and suspended chords in. So it's not impossible to know them when you first start out.
