Chana Pulao Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Kabuli chickpea ½ kg
Rice 1 kg
Onion Slice 2 pcs (large)
Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
Grated ginger 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chili 8 to 10 pcs
Chicken stock 2 liters
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Then add garlic, ginger and whole spices and fry it. Now add chicken stock and chickpeas, and cook for 2 minutes. Then add rice, salt, and chilies, and cook for 5 minutes. Now cover and keep it on low flame for 15 minutes. Chana Pulao is ready
