Dhaba Style Chana Daal Recipe

*Ingredients
Chana Lentil 1& 1/2 Cup
Onion 3 Medium
Tomatoes 5 Medium
Green Chili 5,6
Cumin seeds (Zeera)1tsp
Red chili powder (pisi lal Mirch) 1&1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ( Haldi powder) 1tsp
Salt (Namak) 1&1/2 tsp
Karahi Masala 2tsp
In a pot add onion.Let the onion soft then add cumin seeds after few seconds add tomatoes & green chili. when the tomatoes get soft, fry it well then Add soaked Chana lentil. Add two cup of water to tender the lentil. Check while the lentil getting tender.When Lentil cooked 80% cover the pot & keep it on gridle . After 10 mints add coriander Then add Bhagaar of Cumin seeds & Green chili . Chana Daal is teady to serve.
