Hii! This practice is described for normal breathing that you do normally.. Don't confuse it with pranayama or other breathing methods where Pause or kumbhak is done for enhancing prana....

it feels great to see that despite being an allopathic doctor you have discovered a great alternative therapy, allopathy is neither curative nor preventive it is an invasive science whereas ayurveda is a great curative ,healing and preventive science, it is the need of the hour,hats off to people like you and baba ramdeva, if these attempts continue for a 4-5 decades India will soon be a golden sparrow once again.

They won't accept yoga and ayurveda, by the way they (dr) always suggest to take milk, fruits, avoid non veg and use haldi and salt etc for different purposes. They always take the support of english articles which is ultimately based on our ancient proven treatment.

Very different and quite effective. Thank you very much. I have a small doubt. In pranayam they mention about purak, kumbhak, rechak, kumbhak and cycle continues. But in your video you mention NOT to make kumbhak (holding the flow for a while). May I know the reasons in each case i.e. your technique and the age old pranayam technique? Hope you won't mind and forgive me if it is hurting... Thanks again and wish you success.

I have been doing Yoga & Pranayama since 1992 under the guidance of Bihar School of Yoga . As per its guidance, I have been doing Kumbhak for few seconds after rechak & poorak for so many years & feeling so much energetic & taking no medicine & totally self dependent despite a 64 years senior citizen . But in this video, you have clearly advised for not holding the breath. It is quite contradictory to what I have learnt & practiced during the last 31 years. Kindly arrange to remove my confusion in this respect. Thanks & Regards ,
