Dr Saab I follow NDS of b v chauhan Saab. Here water enema is a must morning and evening at least for three months. 6 to 8 hours fasting from the time u get up and 16 hours fasting from last meal is a must. Also must is a detox green juice drink to break fast, also veg and fruit juices for lunch and dinner. Eating window should be 10 to 6 or 12 to 6 . This lifestyle has created miraculous changes in my body, my cyst, my wart, diabetes reversed within a month.

Wow. Loved the entire episode. And that line about Holistic healing - balance between activity, rest, food and fasting, just struck me. We are on the competition, Whixh medicinal practice is better, Ayurveda vs allopathy vs homeopathy, But the answer is in holistic healing. Using the natural power of food, rest and fasting, we all can remain healthy. And when our body needs healing, we may need dedicated herbs or medicines to treat us, for sure, but let us aim to follow holistic healing and activate our immunity power to save us getting diseased. Thank you Traya for getting us these value added videos. I look forward to hearing all your episodes, and watch it till the end.

Ayurveda could be a very good text based on whatever understanding people had but it needs to grow out of it. I think it would be a good idea to develop a curriculum which involves both modern science and ayurveda. Talking in terms of such abstractions is not going to work in this age.

I have gone through this. Try and take out 30 mins daily to practice yoga and start with slow walk then slowly increase your pace. You will never feel that stressed if you include some kind of exercise in your daily routine 😊 If you get sweet cravings then have dates & mix nuts with raisins. All the best

@TrayaHealth

We suggest you apply the minoxidil only on affected areas, we only need to apply 1ml of minoxidil. After applying minoxidil be in a cold condition like near fan or in AC so minoxidil will get absorbed in your scalp and it will not affect.
