1. Write 10 gratitudes.
2. Send love to people that are bothering you.
3. Ask the Universe, Creator, God a question and meditate and listen.
Getting into gratitude is a high frequency. The Law of Vibration (gratitude) is more powerful than the Law of Attraction.
Next, FORGIVENESS is the key. When you send love to people bothering you, you are opening a clear channel for a message to come through!
Lastly, ask the Universe a question and just sit and listen. You can even put your hand on your heart when doing this because you'll get the answer from your soul rather than the mind.
