YES! the video I was looking for. I thought I was going crazy! I just wasn't using the right terms. With your help, I can finally have a grow room this spring with the light fixture I bought from goodwill for $2. Thanks to you I can replace the candelabra fittings with standard bulbs and actually use the correct lights for the baby plants. Spring flowers here I come!

Awesome! I was looking for the right part to change my fan light fixtures to standard base, since there are much fewer options in the candelabra base. I ended up using the gray ceramic version of the same part (Model 884412) instead of the black plastic socket (Model 884413) because it matched better and has screw terminals (no wires included) so I could use the existing wiring. For anyone trying that though, just make sure your screws fit. I ended up needing to use a masonry bit to make the holes bigger in the ceramic sockets and I had to buy longer screws. But in my fixture, the sockets lined up perfectly and they were actually off center with the candelabra base.

Yes it's worked, but the power converter into the ceiling fan are regulated to works with lower wattages. So the lights are not enough powerful (to maximum power). That the other method im looking for. The Wattage limiter inside the main housing are lowering the voltage too.

Sorry Buddy, I don't understand what you mean. If you've got a device that reduces your power output to your bulbs and it's not a dimmer switch, then I don't think you can use anything other than incandescent bulbs until that is removed or bypassed. I've never seen this type of set up so I can't help you, sorry.

@@dustinsnowbear there are some good videos out there about how to remove the device he's talking about. I've removed one, and it eliminated the pesky flickering when using LEDs

Ty I had a burned out socket and I bought a new light kit that doesn't match up, now I will just replace just the socket.

Just curious was there a reason you didn't get the E12 candle to E36 regular base converters instead?
@dustind3502

Yes, because they make the bulbs stick out and I don't like the look.

I haven't been able to find them at all online. What are these called?

I'm just guessing at what "these" are, but perhaps you are referring to the socket size? Standard US socket size is E26, for Edison 26mm base. I know in Asia and I think Europe they have a different standard size. I hope this is what you were looking for. Additionally, you could just buy the E17 to E26 adapters, but they would make your bulbs stick out from the fixture and look strange in my opinion.

dustinsnowbear Exactly! I ended up searching for "E26 fixture socket" and found one item that replaced the base rather than being an adapter that sticks out.

What type of lightbulbs are you going to use in this since incandescent light bulbs are now outlawed?

Everything home repair , I don't use incandescent bulbs in this or most of my fixtures. I use CFL or LED.
