Very helpful walkthrough. Looking to do the same on my 2018 SQ5 where my exterior door handle approach light is broken. Do you have the part number for the replacement LED light? Couldn't find one online or in Audi parts diagrams?

Hi, when trying to place the handle back in, the lock/slide mechanism and torx screw fell off. is there anyway to easily access this to place back in place?

I think you have to take door panel off. Sorry for late response. Hopefully you got it out. Not sure why did you lose it because it should stop in some point.

Great and detailed video, but would be nice if you didn't eat candy at the same time. Makes it difficult to listen to what you say.

It's painful to watch. Maybe you can try buying a camera and do it with both hands?))))
