I realized I forgot to mention how to remember the Chapman's points of the colon in the video, but basically the concept is: Take your hands and bend your fingers so that they make 90 degree angles with your palms and touch your fingertips together to make a shelf. Place this "shelf" at heart level and this represents your large intestine with your right elbow being your ileocecal valve and your left elbow being your sigmoid colon. Now, keeping your fingertips together, flip the shelf so that your arms extended and your hands are at thigh level. This now represents the location of the chapman's points you'll find on the right and left thigh beginning with the prostate located at the top of the IT band.
