Ingredients:
500 g fish ( washed with salt and vinegar )
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1 tsp heaped crushed chilli
2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp carrom seeds
½ tso black pepper powder
2 pinch food colour
½ cup gram flour
you can add 2 tbsp corn flour as well
oil for frying
Chutney:
coriander leaves
green chilli
garlic
mint leaves
tamarind pulp
salt
