I think I normally do more of a pushup lower 😅 Just tried it with your instructions and it actually feels a lot nicer. A smoother transition if you do it properly, who wouldve thought haha

I struggle with transitioning from this position to upward facing dog. Also, do my knees need to touch the ground in that pose? Thanks, this is helpful to me more mindful of positioning :)

I have some back problems so my back hurts when using a posterior pelvic tilt. I don't see this issue addressed even in plank or push-up tutorials, they keep saying one should have the posterior pelvic tilt but what if I can't, is it ok to have a slight anterior pelvic tilt to accommodate my back issues?

Hey you could try placing the hands winder than shoulders width so that as your arms bend there is more space between the arms and the side of your body to accommodate your chest.
