Your such a great teacher. Very detailed. I did yoga for 2 months but stopped because I couldn't grasp how to do the position. The instructor would always tell me don't look at your neighbor. But I didn't know what I was doing.

When you're just starting out, step back to plank, then slowly lower into chaturanga ;-)

All 5 years of me practicing yoga realizing Im doing Chatarunga so wrong.Which I will end up having shoulder pain sometimes because trying to catch with the rest of them.Now I do it slowly and correctly..Soon I will be going back in the studio and really knows how to do it correctly.Very nice tutorial 🙏🏼

omg I have done some yoga and always had trouble in chaturanga. I never realized getting on my tip toes and pushing the shoulders forward was what I was supposed to do!! Thank you!!!

You have such a nicely straight back all the time. Awesome posture in my opinion! Do you know any exercises which favor that? As a climber my back gets rounder and rounder would be great if I could stop this trend.

Cobra pose would be excellent to counteract that posture :-). A yoga practice in general would be very beneficial.

Hey! I was looking for this thread in the forum but it's pretty busy with the food journal challenge so I'll ask you here :) I was wondering if you could go over how to transition from upward facing dog into downward facing dog? I've just started playing around with coming from chaturanga into upward facing dog (instead of cobra), then into down dog but can't quite get the feet placement transition down. It could be the simplest little detail, I just want to make sure as I advance my practice I'm doing it safely and correctly. Thank you!
