This is how it's going to be in 2021, see? Instead of "don't worry about it", it'll be "you should have this, so go get some"! No more fooling around. We've all had a YEAR to get the idea that we should have green onions and a vegetable and a few condiments in our kitchen. I live in a small town in Florida and all this stuff is easily available, and some of it is sold in WalMart and other grocery stores.

I find it even more authentic when Claire admitted that the cheese in the croquette (which she herself requested haha) didn’t really add anything to the dish and the croquettes were better off without the cheese. It really proves that her reviews about Aaron’s food are her actual opinions and not just for the videos. I love them even more :)

If you have some larger cookie cutters in fun shapes like hearts, stars, animals, dinosaurs etc you can put the croquette mixture in there! If you're unsure if they'll hold their shape you can put them in the freezer for some time so that the outer layer firms up a bit :) I love making smaller croquettes since I love some more crunch and the fun shapes are a special treat ♥️

Also we used precooked (left over) turkey. We did change the cooking order because of the leftover turkey...we did the carrots, and green onion, then added the liquid, and finally the turkey,, just for a minutes at the end.. Everything else was the same. Delicious!
