Hey Nick! I took your advice! Woke up today called a few tile stores in my area, went to 3 stores and came back with 4 surfaces! 2 for free and another 2 24x24 for only $20 total! Definitely beats spending $200+! Thanks again for the tips! One of the owners said "have fun taking photos and show me next time" haha

Great video! I like the idea of using tiles as surface and they're super cheap and much more realistic compare to those photography prop. Would like to see more tutorial/tips from you regarding budget product/food photography. GREAT WORK!

Some of the surfaces, yes. You get a shinier look but adjust your camera angle and you can do a pretty good job of hiding it
