I have been using the Animos DS3235 pro 35 kg servo off of amazon. Nice long lead on them (450mm/17.7") like a Traxxas servo unlike the regular DS 3235 servos sold by other names on Amazon which come with a shorter lead of about 12" or something. They work great in 1/8th scale stuff and also in 1/10th crawlers. The pro version is more powerful and faster than the regular version. It was tested by a couple of people here on KZitem and it actually had more torque than what was listed in the specs. Nice to see a servo that actually out performed it's claimed specs. It would be interesting to do a blind servo test. As mentioned in many cases I think it would be hard to tell servos apart powerwise once you are rolling. The servo saver spring plays a big role as well. I enjoy playing around testing stuff so videos like this are really interesting.
