not sure about that. Denis has zero pressure on his biceps if you watch it slow motion. Levan actually curls something in his 165kg

@@Sumppa you have no clue what you are talking about, Denis has his hands shoulder-width apart and Levan is narrow grip wide grip is all bicep. Denis is a record holder in strict curl, just stop it. It will always be Denis....

i remember this ninja tyler guy. He is very strong dude and somebody found some old clips of him before ninja tyler time where he overhead pressed 120kg multiple times easily. Used to watch his stuff but I had my doubts about his weights because at the same time this fake weight stuff started rising over the internet and his weights looked really much the same that was sold for commercial purposes. They tried to get Nicholas against Faceless in Strength wars and huge drama started between their channels, Eventually Ninja Tyler deleted his channel and disappeared after people dig his real name and country. Very strong guy no doubt but i have my doubts about his curls until it's prooven

that 175 lift in not a curl, its more like a arm clean and jerk lift or something like that

I remember Ninja Tyler when i was in college. He's what reinspired me to workout again after a year off and start a home gym. Although the home gym idea didn't work out becsuse of bad goal setting and finances. Despite my effort and time trying to make my space suitable for one, I gave up thinking it was impossible. You though inspired me to try AGAIN. So i went back to the drawing board thinking what was an all in one piece that's heavy duty but easy for storage space, and i figured out. A yoke. When not in use I could pull out the hitch pins of the pull up bars and lay it up against a wall with a thick board to go across the uprights to lock them in place kind of like a door hatch. I've put more thought than what I'm writing but this custom made adaptable yoke and a good bench where I can perform all my accessories is an idea I'd to explore more in 2024.

Nice. A good home gym doesn't need to be as decorated as Ninja Tylor's or even as mine. Its remarkable how much one can do even with just body weight stuff. Adding to that weighed body weight stuff and a simple pulley system, and that might be all anyone really needs.

levan did 3 reps with 165kg and he could've done more, denis and nicolas did 1RM with slightly heavier weight, i can guarantee levan can curl at least 180kg.

He did it with narrow grip. It is easier in comparing with wide grip position

But there is no video of it. It could very much be that he did it, since he for sure was super strong, but I don't think it is fair to rank his lift since there is no video evidence.
