For viewers who wanted to see what's involved or different in checking in for an international flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). We traveled from ATL to FCO (Rome, Italy) during October on Delta Airlines.
The video begins with us being dropped off at the front entrance of Concourse/Terminal F (the International Terminal) by the airport's shuttle from the Rental Car Center. With the exception of TSA/Security checkpoint (where you are not allowed to photo or film) and the time we spent waiting at the gate for our flight to board, this is a complete recording of what it takes to go from the front door of the international terminal all the way to sitting in your plane seat.
I have always been one to thoroughly research before going on a trip and I found that there were not any videos I could find on KZitem showing the check-in process for an international flight for ATL, so I made one.
The process is very easy, in fact, this video actually depicts our FIRST INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT, so we were going into it blind. We found that there isn't really a difference in checking in for an international flight and a domestic flight at Atlanta. The only real difference is which terminal you go to to check-in.
