2 years late + no 10.25” infotainment screen with the new Mazda connect system (as found on the 3 and cx-30) + no Bose sound system (6 speakers? bffr) + not the one color style some markets get (no black plastic cladding around wheels) but still so pricey. i get that they added on the active safety tech but it makes no sense when the cheaper and smaller cx-30 technically has more features.

Actually I saw many people complain about having a small or mid screen… just curious how often as a driver interacts with that big screen? I don’t find that as an issue in fact I only interact with my phone for navigation, emergency calls, etc… the time a big screen is relevant when all cars are autonomous and no more driver but only passenger…

Bcause big screen u can see maps and spotify side by side in clear screen. I really appreciate big screen on my civic. Plus mazda just keep similar screen with increase price is crazy

@germaineliew2012 Agree that Mazda drive better but other competitors offer way more in terms of price, tech, features & aesthetic..which actually outshine Mazda drive only benefit. Nowadays is not just about drive anymore, Mazda need to pickup on that trend or they will eventually loose the market

@@mtpaladin9863 Chinese brands do offer more in terms of value for money with a lot more features and styling, but they don't have the level of driving experience and refinement that the Japanese brands have, and not just compared to Mazda. Sure, the value proposition matters to a lot of buyers, but at RM150k, I think that isn't the only factor to consider. Although the Mazda's advantage seem to be mostly drive only, you can't exactly say it's lacking of features (Unless you get the 2.0 MID), it does have everything you should expect with a car that price range. Only drawback is they didn't bring the larger 10.25" display other markets already have. The CX5's styling may look dated because it has already been around since 2017, but it was ahead of its time by then, and doesn't look out of place for now.

Tapi minta maaf jer.
