This is called the Blackmar-Diemer opening Gambit. very rare occurrence of someone actually playing along but a beginner or an intermediate level player could often get greedy and capture material, which then allows this opening to be effective. Checkmate.

I dont see many people using the queen to take that final pawn. A lot of players would use the knight to pressure the queen and possibly get a check next move and a free rook or queen.
