CHEER PRO™ Dance Fitness (previously known as Cheerobics) is our dance fitness program dedicated to pom. It is fun, effective and provides an excellent introduction to pom, cheer dance and sideline disciplines. Our routines are great for those looking to develop pom skills and the classes are structured and taught as an Exercise To Music class. This enables us to teach cheerleading dance technique and choreography, with aspects of cheerleading and dance conditioning. Our workouts and routines are available as part of your CheerConditioning.Academy membership.
Choreography is taught using chorus and verse structure which makes routines easy to remember. This means the routines are a great way for classes, cheerleading teams and groups to build performances for all types of non-competitive events.
