Idk if anyone will notice this. This might be different from the usual comments, but I wanted to share this with you. My dad has an advanced Alzheimer's. We've been watching your videos for a long time, even back when he could still recognize people a bit. Now, he can't recognize names or faces much, but he recognizes you! Whenever he gets agitated, we put on your videos, and he always wants to talk to you through the TV. Sometimes he gets more excited, but he always knows you. Right now, he's watching your videos on loop and is sitting calmly. Thank you! You never know how much you're helping others. Keep it up! By the way, he's a vegetarian but enjoys all your non-vegetarian videos too.

Aap jis tarah se Hindi sabdon k liye bhi angrezi bolte hai, sunne me bahut hi kharab lagta hai. Aapki janta ko Lehsun, katore, gap ya indent k jagah ched pta hai. Agar aapka video unn logon k liye hai jinhe Hindi nhi aati to aap puri video angrezi me hi banaye. Tawe par bhi upar se crisp karne ka ek tareeka hai. Jab aapne wo indent banaaya bread pe, uske baad minimum flame pe tawe pe bread ka indent waala part neeche ki taraf karke 30-45 seconds k liye dry sek leejiye. Uske baad uspe garlic butter lagaake & cheese sauce bhar k waise hi continue kar sakte hai jaise aapne bataaya hai.

One suggestion while using double boiler / bain marie. Keep a wooden or steel spoon on the other side of the bowl which receives the heat, as it allows sometime steam to escape. Reason for this is the temperature difference can cause the hot water to rise up and come out and increase the chances of getting burns.

All time favorite garlic bread 🙌 nice recipe with a twist of that cavity with cheese sauce 😀 correct me if am wrong here, Is it not unhealthy to heat the olive oil at that high temperature? The oil turns bad if it's virgin oil! Which particular olive oil you have used also kindly suggest the olive oil that we can safely bring to that heating temperature! Thank you

Chef, using olive oil or evoo for garlic confit is not a good idea as it has a low smoke point and degrades faster than any other oil , it is also a waste of expensive oil as regular oil like canola gives you great result. The infused canola oil is great for dressing pasta or even salad oil or to brush on toast instead of butter for a change. The result is phenomenal.
