Here is a recipe for delicious and tender cheesecakes with semolina😊
Ingredients:
- Dairy 5% cottage cheese - 400g
- Egg (small) - 1 egg
- Semolina (fine grind) - 2 to 2,5 tablespoons (depends on the moisture content of the curd)
- Sugar - 1,5 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- 1 tsp. salt
Also:
- Refined sunflower oil - for frying
- Jam, sour cream - for serving
- Wheat flour - to make the cheesecakes

We make cheesecakes in a pan.
Soft "not wet" sour milk cheese mash with a fork.
To the cottage cheese beat an egg. Add semolina (fine grinded semolina). Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir to mix.
Cover the bowl with clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.
On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a sausage shape 4-5 cm in diameter. Cut it into 2-3 cm thick sections. Form all the cheesecakes.
Heat refined sunflower oil in a frying pan. Place the cheesecakes, fry on a low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with your favorite jam and sour cream :)
