We need:
Cream: 2x 250g mascarpone, 250ml whipped cream, 2 eggs, 1PL crystal sugar, 2 PL plain flour, 1ČL vanilla sugar
Body: 2x Marina biscuits, melted butter
Procedure: First we prepare the corpus for #cheesecake. We crush biscuits in a bowl, by hand like me, or if you have a zipper bag at home, pour the biscuits into it, close it and crush it with a pestle. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter. We add enough butter to mix the mixture together. Grease the cake mold with butter, pour out the mixture and press evenly over the entire surface of the mold with your hands. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 20 minutes and in the meantime prepare the filling. In a mascarpone bowl, mix by hand with whipped cream, gradually add eggs, granulated sugar, plain flour and vanilla sugar (the hand mixer did not work for me, the filling was not so fluffy, I have not tested the robotic mixer). Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Pour the filling onto the cooled mixture and let it bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C (time is individual, whether for gas, electricity, hot air .....) We do not open the oven for about 20 minutes from the beginning so that we # cheesecake did not fail. In the meantime, prepare the fruit on top. Pour the frozen fruit into the pot, pour a little water so that the fruit does not stick to the bottom, sugar if we want (I gave 2PL crystal sugar), and cook until the fruit softens, release the juice and take it from the stove. If we want to find out if the #cheesecake is ready, we shake the mold and when the filling shakes like gelatin it is ready. Let the #cheesacake cool, pour the fruit mixture over it and let it cool in the fridge for at least 5 hours, but it's ideal to let it stiffen all night. Bon appetite :-)
