Hey! Today we will make cheesy bagels with cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
180 g of 5% cottage cheese (brick).
80 g of grated cheese.
2 eggs.
80 g of rice flour.
2 g of baking powder.
Separate yolk from white of one egg.
Mix cottage cheese, egg and separated egg white, rice flour, baking powder and grated cheese in a bowl.
Rice flour can be replaced with regular one.
As a result, we will end up with loose dough.
Dust rolling surface with flour and form our dough into sausage.
Cut a piece and roll it out.
Then make a bagel from this sausage.
Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Place bagels on a baking sheet and brush with remaining yolk.
Bake in top-bottom mode for 27-30 min at 180°C (360°F).
