About the recipe, do it have to be salted egg yolk only? Can I include the egg white as well? Also, about the cheese. Can I use the regular cheese slice? Thanks for the recipe, Lao Pan.

We use only the salted egg york for this dish. As with the cheese, not all cheese will melt easily, need to use the ones which can melt easily.
