Dahi Kabab Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Nestle Milk pack yogurt (dahi) 1 pack
-Gram flour (baisan) 2 tbs
-Cashews (Kaju) chopped
-Raisins (Kishmish) chopped
-Fried onions (piyaz) chopped
-Green chilies (hari mirch) chopped 3-4
-Fresh coriander (Dhania) chopped
-Bread slice 4 (remove brown part) (chop them in the chopper)
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cottage cheese (paneer) grated
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Green cardamom (sabz elaichi) powder ½ tsp
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Oregano ¼ tsp
-Salt (namak) ¼ tsp
-White bread crumbs (chop them in a chopper)
Directions:
-In a bowl, place a strainer and muslin cloth.
-Then, add yogurt and bring the edges of the muslin cloth together, tie a knot, cover it with a bowl, and place it in the refrigerator for 40-45 until it is completely drained out.
-In a pan, add gram flour and dry roast it for 1-1.5 mins.
-In a bowl, add hung curd, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, roasted gram flour, green cardamom powder, salt, black pepper powder, and bread crumbs. Mix well. Place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 mins.
-For stuffing, in a bowl, add fried onions, cashews, raisins, fresh coriander, green chilies, oregano, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
-In stuffing add the prepared yogurt mixture and mix well.
-Grease the hands with oil take a small piece of yogurt mixture, make a ball, press it on your palm of hand, add stuffing in it, and make a kabab.
-Dip it in water then coat it with bread crumbs. Similarly make others.
-Keep it in the refrigerator (freezer) for 15 mins.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-O medium flame, add kababs and deep fry it for 2-3 mins.
-Dish out, serve and enjoy with ketchup or chutney.
