This quick drill comes to us courtesy of Chef Kirby from the Hale Koa Hotel in Waikiki.
Chef prepares his dusting mix for the Calamari by combining all-purpose White Flour with Kaiulani Hawaiian Cajun Seasoning.
Pieces of Calamari, Fresh Parsley and Pepperoncini peppers are dusted in his mix and then deep-fried.
After these items are removed from the oil and drained on paper towels. Chef presents this happy hour favorite to his guests with a Yuzu-flavor-ed tartar sauce.
