Whoever is the “Ed McMahon”, commenter in the background is, he (assumed pronoun) needs to go find his own show. He’s obnoxious.

You need to get a cook book out there on the griddlin recipes you create, including the spices and sauces, this is exactly what needs to be in it for the EOY finale greats.

We fry our onions first, put taco seasoning in the burger and then smash the burger onto tortilla prior to cooking. Smash the taco over some of the onions... flip, cheese and toppings... just a small spin we like. Great way to feed a whole camp ground full of friends in a hurry.

Did the chicken parm smashburger, came out amazing. I used my nonna’s dry spice recipe for her meatballs and just put it to the chicken. The secret is the locatelli cheese. Don’t be shy with it. Did a melted butter and seasoning mix on the brioche bun with sharp prov and Marinara sauce. These things were delicious

Love these meal ideas! Wish you had printable recipes to go with them but no matter. Made the pork bites with cabbage stir fry tonight and it was slammin! Also had those chicken Parm smash burgers the other day and they too, were a hit. Thanks!

Hmmm I bet some extra cheese around the patties to make like a skirt would have been a killer touch too!!

I made the taco on my Blackstone, but I mixed in one package of taco seasoning before rolling out the meat balls...

Same here. Additionally I added some refried beans to the top of the meat before smashing with the taco shell.

Unfortunately so does all other mayos on the market. There is a couple that does not but they contain palm oil and or coconut oil. Palm oil is inflammatory. Alot of people have or are developing coconut allergies. So either you purchase one or you make your own. Which is everything in the store these days. Unfortunately.

@@betsycoan9687 yeah it really does suck I typically just use avocado as a mayo replacement these days. Best mayo is homemade. Most condiments you can find in the store all have edta and other garbage in it.

I purchased a 28" griddle for $400. I can get a 28" griddle for $197 from everywhere. They are charging me to ship it back, and are wanting to charge me a re-stocking fee. All I ask is for my hard earned money back. I don't want your griddle. I want to return it back to you and want a full refund. I would not have a problem with your so called return policy if you were not ripping off your customers
