there is something lost in this tutorial. You should include how you organize the data sheet for the Uncrambler first, like the rows and columns and how you divide it. Otherwise we couldn't perform anything like you show in the video.

How do you calculate the protein concentration? What is the formula?

Didn't watch the whole thing yet, but there are essentially two ways to determine the concentration. 1. Lambert-Beer law. If the sample was measured in a column, rather than simply laying it on a surface, you would know exactly how much of the sample that has had light sent through it or gotten reflected. Thus, you get the concentration from the aforementioned law, by looking at an arbitrary peak, which best represents what you are looking for. For example, if you have glucose in water, you would want to look for peaks where water is flatlined. The formula is A = c*l*ϵ 2. Cross-referencing with different tools such as HPLC using a convolutional neural network to match spectra to concentrations.

Sorry, you have done the second derivative here..you unconsciously written it as the first derivative...
